A1 is poorly mastered with a noticeable wow… Oddly the wow isn’t as noticeable on A2, which is a great remix. This song deserved a better lathe work.

We're all here for the B2 right? That's a homerun, deserved the premium real estate of the 12", or perhaps a 45 RPM 12" AAA just for it.

The legacy of this man is beyond measure - he has his fingers all through the modern electronic music. What he could do with a Neumann lathe is remarkable and very few other people in the world could make a 12" sound this powerful.

Got pretty decent press, clean and centered. No pops at all.
Not the best Windows 96 album but not the worse synthwave record either. This kid is talented. |

Cheap press - rough edges, never centered, feels pretty light. Still, I think all that adds positively to the atmosphere of this record.
All in all, this is a must have. One of the most relevant records of the decade. |

G.E.M.M... All tracks are great, A1 is Djavan's Rainha do Mar on a reggae dub.

A 12" reissue would be nice, or maybe a second run of the 7".

A1 is an anthem, hands down. Now how this lame B1 track got in there is a great question to be made... G Money remix was much more worthy of the prime outer edge, but instead got shoved to this inner groove distorted B2 to give room for Squawk.

Masterpiece. That's why it's getting scarce and expensive. There's a story going, the songs seem to complete each other. If it wasn't enough already, it comes on a nice gatefold and the mastering was well executed. All in all a must have for those...
