The Fool is my favourite track on this nice little EP. Classical Goa trance, it does the business now as it did then. Great riff, great melodies, great rhythm, great song.
The rest of the EP is also solid, if not always Goa. You get a hybrid track, a ... See full review

Voodoo People is Goa and this early effort is certainly close enough to meeting the major signatures of that genre for me. The main riff isn't composed from the typical Goa scales but it's not not Goa either. I love it and will definitely be using it in ... See full review

I don't know how I feel about this one; I certainly don't regret having picked it up, I'm just not sure yet where it fits in with the rest of my collection by comparison. Its high rating would indicate that it is better than I'm thinking at the moment ... See full review

Oh boy, this one will be quick. Solid state, get it if you have not already: it's a Fucking masterpiece. If you love Goa, you have this record. If you don't recognise it from at least a handful of mixtapes from the time, you probably don't have the right ... See full review

I came across this purely by accident and I'm glad I did. Futurology is the track I wanted on this 12" and it's a very simple explanation why: it's Goa, nearly even neo Goa, with a riff that borrows from the book of Goa scales. While the track could also ... See full review

What is House is the reason I grabbed this 12". Is it the world's best track? Of course not. But what it is is a really solid piece of hard trance with the kind of kicking riff that could also fit in a Goa trance set. The riff is very simple and is not ... See full review

Storm Coming is my pick from this vinyl. Kinda Goa trance, kinda hard trance, it sits in that border territory and could probably fairly be called a hybrid. Very different to much that was being released on the big Goa labels at the time, it retains the ... See full review

This is an interesting track: the hexidecimal dub is straight forward goa trance. Remixed by Steve Osborne of oakenfold fame, the track begins with an innocuous trance melody but then drops into a heavy Goa rhythm before peaking with a classically Goa ... See full review

Entropy is an amazing track. The whole Ep is good but entropy is just something special. At heart it's a fast paced Goa trance stormer that builds around a bubbling acid line and a huge sawtooth riff that hits those delightful progressions that typify ... See full review

Don't disagree with your comments but for some reason I can't help but like this record, if only for the a side.

Must be listening to a completely different release to maroko as I can find nothing to dislike in this release. In fact, it is exactly my kind of Goa. Cheesy? Not from where I'm sitting. Opinions are necessarily subjective but maroko is just so far wrong ... See full review

The greatest compilation of goa trance available. All the tracks are winners, although I particularly love X-Dream and Technossomy's contributions. I have the vinyl edition which unfortunately does not have the Pleiadians track (WTF!).

One of the most important and yet unknown tracks in the trance genre. Claudio was a genius, no doubt about that. He is a master of sounds and this record showcases that huge talent perfectly.

I am a MWNN disciple and a completist. He is one of the very best producers of electronic dance music and shares the podium with Etnica/Pleiadians as the best in Goa. He is perfection. A true master. And I'm not even yet talking about his incredible gift ... See full review

Delicate Total Eclipse remix, psychedelic as all fuck, a genuine mouth breeder and a crashed spaceship chock full of viable alien technology. Tracks like this lead me to think goa is the most serious of all the genres. Acid, drop a tab or two. Play this ... See full review

Sun Project don't get as much love as they should but here again is another power Goa classic. I Feel rips your head off, blowing you out the airlock, all the way into the arms of Shiva. Om, people, Om.

Great compilation of toons. I've read negative reviews of this but personally I can't relate to that at all; this is a tidy selection, one that includes the venerated astral projection track, in-novation. Sweet deal.
