Man, I remember you playing to this me many times. Loved listening to this back in the day. Think I'll get myself a copy.

I like it too and there is always something interesting on his releases, but I'm thinking about to his mid-90's releases and his Trankilou stuff... Man, they still sound fresh and totally on their own in terms of quality.

Yeah...I miss the old Pepe though... I want that crazed groovy mother$&*^$ who turns out those peak time garage bombs...I haven't bought his last few releases...just not feelin' it.

The Akufen mix of this is really special. Typical staccato cut-up beats, a tight bassline and a beautiful treatment of the vocal.

Richie Hawtin's mix is a seminal classic. Stripped down funky mayhem. Sneak and Carter both caning that mix back in the day. And Carter had his own mix on the EP! Tells you something.

A secret weapon for late, late at night, in a dark, funky space. Deploy wisely, it will devastate.

unbelievable under-rated house record. Off kilter, relentless, funky as hell.

A tasty little repress of a classic 80's disco number that will refresh your house or disco set. Nice pressing too.

The Derrick Carter mix is powerful with a driving kick and bass line and when that trumpet tears through with the 'work' hook, it takes it to another dimension. One of the best mixes by him I've ever heard.

I have to agree. This record is an absolute classic, both as a house record and as a truly unique take on dance music. If you don't get it you ain't doing it right.

A lot of people have mixed feelings about this record. I like it. It's not amazing, but its solid. The production is crisp and minimal. I don't own it and probably won't buy it in the near future because I am not a working DJ who plays on large system. ... See full review

Beautifully articulated. The music was astoundingly good, the ethos admirable and visionary, the politics revolutionary, and the parties...Well, those that were there knew they were something very special.

At its best House music (or Techno, whatever you prefer) is moving, melancholic, futuristic, drives the body to movement and the mind to thought. This record does all that and more. A major tangent from Pepe's melodic musings or his Garagey mayhem as ... See full review

How about a nice Vinyl release with some juicy extended remixes. I bought the vinyl album solely for this track which if phenomenal. But its too short as has the potential for some variances to make it even more dance floor friendly.

U can't see us is an amazing slab of swinging super funk from the 25th century. The kind of jam Buck Rodgers might get down to.
