Philadelphiamusic is based out of a record store in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania called Beautiful World Syndicate located at 1619 E. Passyunk Ave. Philadelphia, PA, 19148. Our record shop carries a variety of record collections. We try to sell everything at a reasonable price and try to list interesting new records on the site everyday.

We pride ourselves on having good customer service, all orders are put out as fast as we can in the order they are received during normal business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). After the item is marked shipped, please give the postal service a reasonable amount of time to deliver, all orders include a tracking number.

We are a volume based sales company, we do our absolute best to visually describe all records accurately, we try and note all cutouts/writing on label, and grade the records accurately and conservatively.

When a record is rated vg or lower it means that it has some scratches; we do not offer refunds or returns on vg records as they are damaged with scratches and or warps and we generally sell them very cheap. If you do ask for refunds or returns on vg records we will consider but you will be blocked from future transactions

Because we are a volume based seller, if we don't explicitly state that a record comes with an insert, lyric sheet, poster, original inner sleeve, or any other extras then it should be assumed that these are not included with the record.

For 12" singles, we will note in comments when an item has an original company sleeve or the original stickered sleeve, if it does not it will just be graded generic and may be in a replacement 12" sleeve

Common abbreviations are as follows
GPS-gold promo stamp
Soc-Sticker on cover
