"Credits and lyrics are custom printed on the inner sleeve." The images for this entry show the credits on the back of the jacket. My copy of the inner sleeve has lyrics on both sides, though here there is no image of the inner sleeve's 2nd side.

Another variant stamped into the matrix subsitutes AC for AA. On Side 2, a small P precedes the AA by a bit of space. Furthermore, there is an indecipherable mark in the matrix opposite the numbers.

This tracklist & notes describe the Promo version of the Deluxe Edition, but confuses the numbers of Discs 3, 4, & 5. As the images reveal, the DVD is Disc 5. Moreover, this is NOT the Super Deluxe Edition, which includes a vinyl LP as well.
