What ? Still no reviews for this unsung classic after all this time ? C'mon !

Listening to Blade Runner OST again just now made me think of other music that channels the same sounds, tone and feel.....and unless I'm very much mistaken this splendid CD ... See full review

Moon Turns The Tide; some talented Dutch lads take Chicago Acid, add a very European spacey existentialist slant to the original style - the soundtrack of the Gods.

hi there, if you can't find the original 12" or don't want to pay the silly money, get a vinyl copy of this

there's a slightly shorter mix of the track on side 2, but it does the job, takes ... See full review

Fan-bloody-tastic EP, Mr Rustie....me and my four year old daughter were dancing around the kitchen tonight to Dragonfly and Hyperthrust, both equally brilliant tracks - my little girl knows good sounds when she hears them ! And if anyone else reading ... See full review

Let me be the first - at least, on this forum - to say, Mr Tom Jenkinson, what a fine fine album you've made here - particularly Into The Blue, which had me and my four year old up dancing; it's quite a beautiful track, brought a lump to my throat, and ... See full review

...or, indeed, FX3 by Len Faki....I think The Name of The Game is the winner here, though they're all good....they just seem to tease that particular song's original beauty out even further with some sweet Hindi vocals....hats off to all involved ... See full review

Ah, lovely.....this makes perfect sense after your head gets pounded by some Sandwell District.....

Ah, what mysterious beauty can be created with flanged cosmic synth sweeps and the excellent use of an old Todd Terry drum sample - Shades is one of the best of the 1992-class of euro-techno, without a shadow of a doubt...masterful

"I'm in trance with you", a wonderful trance track that isn't a trance track in the way we would understand it now; if it makes you feel more well-disposed toward it, let's call it a techno track for those that 'don't do trance'. Whatever, it's just ... See full review

Ever wondered what a disco-rap record by The Fuhrer would sound like ? Of course, for such a cultural event to have occured, a subtle rewriting of history would be required, in two ways; a) Germany would have needed to have won the war, and b) Adolf ... See full review

Great track on the A side; fast-paced epic 'soundtrack' house / breaks / techno with western samples (western as in the genre of movie, as opposed to eastern, although there is some sped-up eastern-ish female dervish vocal sample throughout) with a long ... See full review

The untitled track on A2 is the track here. Another slab of beautifully-produced, wonderfully-atmospheric European techno of the very highest order. Colin Dale used to play this to death on his seminal early 90s show 'The Outer Limits' on Kiss FM (boy, ... See full review

Can't believe no-one has reviewed this yet. A classic R&S release, slipped under the radar for a lot of folk. I bought this on the strength of it being The Mover (see the PCP EP, also on R&S - beg/steal/borrow a copy of that); hell, at the time I bought ... See full review

X-side, Astra-Naut-E, is the kind of skillfully-produced, lovingly-crafted, expertly-programmed melodic, atmospheric mid-paced listening ambient techno that was very much of its time, but that still sounds great today. Luke Slater was putting out some ... See full review

'Intertwined' is the track to get this 12 for, a perfect Dan Curtin mission statement. No-one else but him could have put this track together. One of those tracks with about 3 mini-dramas going on throughout its length - some quite brilliant melodious ... See full review

Fully agree with the previous reviewer. The A-side, Outer Limits, is one of those classy instrumental house tunes. Very simple, very catchy, just a few elements that work so well together. It consists mainly of a lovely lead piano tune with the ... See full review

Absolute classic Euro techno of the highest order...
A side = very nice, sexy, melodic, widescreen, timeless, listening techno. Very European, very slick. Goose-pimple stuff.
B side = very different to A-side, which makes this 12 such a treat. Very ... See full review

The B-side is the one here. Perfect use (and it could have gone so horribly wrong, given the obviousness of the sample) of the Jim Morrison 'American Prayer' sample; however it's the building of the track over its full length that means this track still ... See full review
