Incredible album! Got mine from Crosstalk Int'l right when they folded. Rare a f. Track one down if you can.

Classic sounding Baaz record. He is in top form here. I love the inclusion of a hip-hop track. This record is still relevant 11 years later.

Beautiful collection of previously released tracks and a handful of new ones as of 2010. I'm not sure I need 3 versions of Emotions Unknown -- the original mix is the best one. This diverse compilation has some party tracks, some slower burning songs,... See full review

I've been rinsing this album ever since I found a rip a couple of months ago. Just ordered the wax. Time Out Of Mind is what I want out of a deep house long player. Ambient interludes, some lengthy cuts, some short. I love how "Still" beautifully sets... See full review

A couple of brilliant Prescription jams from 96 and 97 that did not make it onto the recent box set but see new life on this reissue. The Gallery Collective is the jazzy cut and the Taster’s Choice has the infectious hook that Prescription is known for. 5/5. See full review

Finale Sessions has a little something for everyone holding true to deep American dance music. A bold project from Michael Zucker that spanned nearly a decade, which represented a diverse group of the established old guard, as well talented newcomers... See full review

Beautiful record blurring the lines between deep house and techno. Label misprint: B1 is “When The Rain Comes Down” and B2 is “Spiritual Graffiti”. All are good choices, but “Inner City Peace” and “Spiritual Graffiti” are my favorites here.

I regret buying these. The sound quality is terrible. Do not buy unless you get them for cheap. I paid $50+ for the first 4 in the series -- absolutely not worth it. The artwork is the best part about these tapes.

Massive record with the late Aaron Carl on vocals. The original mix is timeless. I don't think I've heard any of the remixes. A1 is the tune. Hope someone can get ahold of the masters and reissue this one someday.

Absolutely brilliant music; it is difficult to put into words. It’s also difficult to choose a favorite movement. You just have to hear it.

I generally do not order wax from overseas via Discogs but for this I made an exception. Lethal slab of wax. Among the best material from 2 AM FM.

My version of the 3xLP says REKIDS006LP in the matrix, but POMLP003 on the sticker on the outer cover. Also, nowhere on the cover or center labels does it say which tracks are 33.3 RPM and which are 45 RPM.

"Humbolt Park" goes so fucking hard. "I Wonder" lays back a bit with different instruments and vocal samples, but the same synth. Does anyone know wha that synth is? It's incredible. Beautiful tracks.

These tracks fall short, especially when you know what Julien Auger is capable of. "Mandragore" is clearly the better track here, but it still doesn't really hit. These songs would be better suited for an album release. But even then, I would not... See full review

Some special songs here. Wilmington Arms is the obvious choice, but Jordan Downs and Nickerson Gardens are special in their own way; NG might be my favorite. Imperial Courts is a nice closed.

Solid straight ahead jazz, just like the back cover of the jacket reads. Nothing ground-breaking here, but the players have chops and they breeze through some standards as well as an original John Richmond piece.
