I think we have to assume that first pressings with all the correct matrix info came in embossed or non-embossed sleeves when first released. The Embossed sleeves are obviously more desirable and command higher prices.

If the matrix run-out info matches the release details then you have a 2nd pressing with the cream labels pressed in August 1989 at the DFI pressing plant.

Just bought this today and the first thing I noticed on opening is the sleeve differences. I own the original and it has a blue tinge and it has a gloss finish. The reissue is more green/grey with a matt finish..Also the front sleeve and the inside...

Yes its very quiet due to it's 30 minutes per side. Way too long for vinyl. It should have been originally released as a double record (with the other 2 tracks added) like KM,KM,KM and Wish.
