A pity they chose a new & inferior mix of And Then More over the original mix. The same with Always In My Mind where they could have included the instrumental mix.

The definitive mix of Jahovia was this earlier version that first appeared on Virgin's Frontline before being reworked for a later self release on Norman Grants Twinkle label. A reissue of this original 12" discomix is much needed. A Jah Shaka power play. See full review

How does this compare to the Boogie Times Records repress? The printed track times are slightly longer for some reason.

You can put out your new remixes on a separate 12" if you want. If people like them then they will sell in there own right. But theres no reason why you cannot reissue Just For You b/w No Tomorrow & others as a straight repress as many others like... See full review

There is no evidence which supports that a reissue devalues original copies. Look on discogs price history. Theres been alot of reissues in recent years of indemand records across many genres & original copies still hold their value. Collectors are... See full review

I suspect the singer on this is Mishel Haynes who recorded the song "Lovechild" also produced by JAS Productions for Siam Records.

Classic Wailing Souls at Studio 1 that i dont think was released as a single? so its cut nice & loud over the album version. But Soul Jazz: If your going to press up track on a 12" record, then make use of the space & at least include the dub version... See full review

Haha yeah, its one of them tunes im not sure if i like or not, its pretty weird, not much going on. I do prefer the other more melodic version on the "Moments So Dark" 12"

Are the two dub mixes identical? The timestamps are all the same length.

While its great that 'Scottie' has finally been re-released but i cant say im feeling the b side track 'Turn Me On'. They should have used the Scottie Remix from the yellow vinyl release. Its a far stronger track.

There are two mixes of Lati Rocks The Bells. Im looking for a copy which has the xylophone running all the way through it. Not the one where it just cuts to the beat during the rap verse.

Why has this been blocked from sale? Its not marked as an unofficial pressing. Has there been a legal claim from the artists involved?

Wicked streetsoul classic with a dub influenced beat, part of it sampled from Ms Melodie "What Do You Do?" It was their most successful release however their album which was a mix of styles from Hip Hop to Acid Jazz failed to make an impact.
