Have to say, with presumably Blawan heads seeing this, the fact that nobody got it is a wee bit saddening

listening to it on bandcamp few times in a row to see if I can hear EVP of dead people pooping when suddenly a pop up pops up and says "Time has come to open thy heart/wallet" but I remember Justa and press No thanks

The context matters here. It's Manni Dee, and it's Tresor. The album feels as neither

Fresh and unexpected takes on house and breaks. Crafty, off-the-wall drum programming w/ notable attention to details. A stand-out. RIYL DJ Seinfeld.

Just when you thought the guy's production couldn't get any better.

Stanislav Tolkachev should be forever celebrated for his ability to make music sound vintage and futuristic at the same time.

Sometimes I think rather than setting a minimum word amount Discogs should have set a limit for maximum words in one comment.

Quite. The notion of artist's alias appropriating a track title off their album while the release is published on artist's label speaks for itself. This is KM production, quite unmistakably. I'd actually go as far as to assume this single features two... See full review

Audela production is quite reminiscent of ambient tracks Paul Ruskay composed for the Homeworld series. Whether or not there's a connection consider yourself kindly advised of checking him out should you be on a lookout for more cosmic ambient.

While wired to berate a production with every curse in the swearbook that rolls nicely off the tongue and onto the text for having the tracks layered over one another contrary to courtesy of providing unmixed versions to DJ's meant-to-be-ever-evolving... See full review

Mixed only. For a label to sell the release digitally in separate tracks, each being a castrated minute-long version while charging standard price for each track? Yeah fnck off m0. I guaran-fucking-tee you there's a number of people who didn't note... See full review

The way he manages to establish a unified rhythmic loop with multiple seemingly discordant arrangements on A1 is mesmerizing.

It can be accepted that the soundscapes abruptly intersect with each other as opposed to being separate tracks divided by silence--it enhances unpredictability of sound and elevates unease from listening to this sound collage whose individual parts... See full review

2010. A modern form of Dubwise Drum & Bass is emerging. The guys pushing that sound--Genotype, Theory, Morphy, Flatliners and The Untouchables were technically, if not originating, then definitely significantly refining and enriching it to a point it... See full review

The Colossus is featured as a bonus on the digital version FYI.

While over the years my taste became refined and many artists' dedicated folders located in /d&b/ subdirectory of my hard drive got erased for simple reason they failed to retain relistenability, John B is probably the only one whose folder hang on... See full review

Gifted, imaginative and diligent; looking back, quite ahead of the curve. His remixes made the originals sound bland and amateur-made, years-old production hasn't aged a bit and will stand out above other tracks in any set. Try unleashing Vent,... See full review

Looking for a solid, memorable techno LP where every track is more energetic than the other? Well, look elsewhere, because you'll find little of that in this lethargic aural heap of pretentious electronicack.

Top productions that bridge dub techno and d&b, producer himself being clearly rooted in the former genre in the past.

Agreed. Small remark though, the voice sampled on tracks 8 and 9 is not of Pegg, but Julian Barratt (and Noel Fielding), taken from Mighty Bush. Admittedly very similar voices though.
