Superb record with a lot of nice tracks - recommended!

Great tracks with nice arrangements and great Arp synthesizers. Cool record.

My fave Sonoton until now. "Take any number" (..but even better to check the very beginning of side B).

Would like to have Geography (produced by Bonobo) on vinyl. :)

Beautiful music. Keep up the good work with this series, dear GAD Records!

Unbelievably great record, showing something new even after the 10th or 15th listenings and getting better with each of those additional checkings. Definitely a keeper. (..and yep, it is stone cold chillout, indeed.)

Great record (5/5), a keeper. Yeah, and 3 more words.

I would even risk that the music is good! :) Thanks for your comment(s), made a push for me to buy this record (quite cheaply), and I'm loving it! :)

Probably my fave in BRB, Jingles series, however, BRB4 is nice too. (And btw Electric Rain by Tony Hymas - B41 - is in my humble opinion an exclusive track or excerpt here, at least I did not see that on any other releases.)

When Grant Green is playin' live that is a kind of anotha level sh*t. 10/10.

The best episode of a perfect compilation series. (10/10, to have ten words here.)

Would be curious how much is the median price of the OG releases the tracks were compiled to this "cheapo" from. [Outside the fact that you have probably never seen those records in (your) real life.]

If this release would have The Lark Ascending instead of Toward the Unknown Region on it, then - maybe - it would be the perfect classical music recording (for me). Anyway, highly recommended record.

Side A is very disappointing (especially when considering the high standard of KPM 1000 series), but some tracks from side B save the day (like e.g. B3 Life of Luxury, B2 Tenderly Yours, B5 The Enchanted Violin - got the The Lark Ascending by Ralph...

Yes, my copy sounds perfect too. One of the best KPM releases, highly recommended!

VERY strong A side. Mr. Hakwshaw showed it us once again! <3

...and nice grooves on Samba School and strange'n'deep beats on Deep Fix too.. ;)

One of the most "recycled" release (catalogue #: "28") by Bruton Music?
At least A2-A3-A4-A5-A6 could be heard on BRJ2, Drama Montage ("19" in catalogue number), A7 on BRQ1, Conflict / War Of Nerves, A8 and A10 on BRJ1, Great Expectations and BRL2,... See full review |

..hmm, what about BRI6 (Frontiers of Science) or BRI10 (Fantasia)? [OMG, what a series!! :D]

Oh my god, what a record... (4 more words, ehh.)

Not the best Bruton release, but Sprocket Shuffle, Sunburst and Moon Dancer are nice tracks, while Pop Vox, Headlines, Riding on a Wave, Solid Sunshine and Fun Party are OK (and very close to be nice) too. So, because of the mentioned ones it has to...

Nice release with many sweet, lovely and refreshing small themes and tunes, recommended.
Btw as I think the first presses of Bruton Music releases had a textured sleeve and an address of 12 Bruton Street on the back side of the cover and on the labels... See full review |

Yep, actually - as I think - that is the first press. That is the first presses of Bruton Music releases had a textured sleeve and an address of 12 Bruton Street on the back side of the cover and on the labels, while the 2nd presses had glossy (and...

Like a soundtrack to an ancient Studio Ghibli anime/movie, directed by Miyazaki Hayao or to an Office Kitano movie, directed by Kitano Takeshi, both one's music composed by Joe Hisaishi. Open your ears - and then give easily a 10/10 for it.

I think maybe this is the original release and the red cover version (https://www.discogs.com/Brian-Bennett-The-World-Around-Us/release/13220397) is the repress. At least if you check the address of the label at the back cover (at the pics) and on the...

The last, 29th track (Do You Ever Remember?, performed by Molly Drake) is actually not on my copy, however it is written both on the back cover and on the label of Side 4. Anyway, nice release with early recordings.

The sound of the release is great. The only small problem with release for me is that at the end of the side D, before the last two tracks (Untitled #1 and "It Was Laura" which are some kind of bonus tracks as I guess) there is an endless...

It is actually a compilation (various artists release) with 9 tracks of Pop Concerto, 3 tracks of Mike & Sonia and 1 track (Ainsi Parla Zarathoustra) of Prophetic Band, see here too: https://www.discogs.com/Various-Supers-Orchestraux/release/1882260
