Also known as Dave Ewins with Mock (8); Just the one release, Mock (8) - Skyryder EP on Bite Back ! Records in 1994, shortly before shoegazing & indie music in general went all pear-shaped and corporate; Britpop grabbed all the headlines, and so the likes of My Bloody Valentine, Ride and The Jesus And Mary Chain became suddenly unfashionable.
This ep will hopefully be re-released in the U.S. on Clairecords at some point.

Has been Dj-ing off and on since 1996/7, under various pseudonyms, and is begininning to put together a schizophrenic techno+industrial "band"; PUNISH+[ment]

NB: i use Recycled but checked, solid packaging. Please ask for details on orders outside the EU. Cheers.

Plus don't forget that (especially) Loveless was created mainly with samples of recorded guitars, manipulated & spewed out as a platinum-threaded weave of guitar-electronica..... There were very few actual 'sessions' as most bands would understand ... See full review

I thoroughly & wholeheartedly stand by my statement that the Wedding Present dragged this dog-end of a lame, 70's pop song & re-created it as only Dave Gedge could, providing a hundred deeper and more thought-provoking, emotive, resonant ... See full review

This version contains a variety of mixes, and whilst most lack the big Ian M hoover commonly favoured by most Djs, the crusher here is one of Paul Janes's early outings as "Eldon Tyrell" & his faster, sweeter, and yes, cheesier version.
