After the COVID period, postal services have changed their way of delivering mail and updating the status of the shipments. Although we usually ship twice each week, sometimes we are forced to ship only once, either on Tuesday or Friday, but we always let you know. Please note that in the majority of cases, shipping times are the same or only slightly longer than usual. Since most parts of the shipping procedure are beyond our control, in some rare cases, outside the EU, it sometimes takes 2-5 weeks more than usual, depending on the mail-carrying commercial flights available to each destination country and custom inspections.
