Never heard an OG copy, but this LP sounds pretty fantastic. Nice warm fuzzy guitars.

First LP of my copy is slightly warped. Otherwise no surface noise and sounds pretty good.

Bought from Amazon US. It is a quiet pressing, but sounds excellent. No surface noise on my copy.

Track Nr. 22 on side B cuts off prematurely and goes right into Out of Sight. It sounds bad. They probably did this on purpose due to the length of the ... See full review

I have 12760 and don't have any issues. Are your LPs translucent when held up to the light?

My copy is pressed slightly off center. Modern vinyl pressings...no QC.

My copy has a fair bit of surface noise, pops and crackles here and there. Left channel has some constant static in a few spots on side A. It sounds okay overall. Nothing to write home about. Gray vinyl is also pretty ugly. Ha ha.

Really fine pressing of some mediocre Chromatics tunes. Wish this EP was better.

Lousy pressing. It is warped and has plenty of surface noise. May even be a 13 inch record. Seems slightly oversized. Whomever is pressing LPs for Magic Bullet always seems to do a really shitty job. There is almost no quality control. I cannot seem to ... See full review

My copy is not pressed off-center. It does have an edge warp that is most noticeable on Side A. Surface noise is common on both sides. The paper sleeve the LP came in scuffed the hell out of the disc.

Really bare bones release. Basically a single LP in a cardboard jacket. No inserts. No DL codes. Pressing is quite good though. Wouldn't pay more than $20 for it though.

I don't think it is much better than the original black pressing. My copy is pressed off center.

Mine is pressed off center. Just like the various black copies I've had. Not sure it is even worth the hassle to return it.

My copy is pressed slightly off-center. Kind of pitchy, especially on inner tracks near the spindle. Spindle hole is a bit large, so allows for some movement on my Rega.

Great packaging on this one though.

I give the pressing a C+. Slightly off center, some surface noise, listenable, but you can tell it's crap.

Love the music and the band though.

Received a black pressing replacement from Subpop. Surprisingly it's not off-center.

I have #12760. The LPs appear black, but when held to the light they are translucent. They are like a very dark clear vinyl, if that makes any sense. This was a surprise, as I haven't heard others mention this in the comments. I added a photo to this ... See full review

Can't believe I bought this new on Amazon for $11.

Also, this release comes in MOFI-like poly inner sleeves with the QRP label printed on them. Once I saw that, I knew this pressing was going to be killer!!!!

LPs were really dirty out of the sleeves. Finger prints and powder from latex gloves from manufacturing. Discs cleaned up okay with wet wash. Sounds pretty good. Some surface noise. One of the better modern day vinyl pressings. Signed print is decent. ... See full review

Any one else notice the volume drop midway through Only in Dreams?

I have the black MOFI version of this album. I assume since the same stamper was used, the blue marbled pressing also has the noticeable volume drop midway through "Only in Dreams"?

This album sounds really muddy on my system. The top end is missing. Granted these are demos.

Overall, great tunes on this LP, but not the best mix pressed to the LP.

Disc 1 badly bowled and warped. Probably the worst bowl I've ever observed. Disc 2 appears flat. Vinyl pressing sounds good though. Somehow my cart manages to still properly track side A.

Are there any clean vinyl copies of this album in existence?

I think this album sounds wonderful. Punchy, dynamic, with good separation. I say A+ on the remaster, A+ on 200g pressing. This album is a tad bit quiet, sounds flat at low volumes. But when it is cranked, it sounds amazing. Especially Tweekers. One of ... See full review
