This pressing has the best version - Jesses hype vocal mix which doesn’t seem to be available elsewhere …. Haçienda hot sweaty dance floor circa 1990….

Lyle Milton “Whirlpool” …. Deep jazzy house underground bizzness first heard ( and recorded onto cassette) on Stu Allan (R.I.P)s Key 103 House Hour on Sunday night. Great bassline. If you like the Burrell NuGroove sound from around 88-91 you’ll want... See full review

Some very sophisticated deep jazzy house ( with gorgeous vocals) going on here . Picked mine up at Vinyl Exchange in 1990 for the princely sum of £3.99. If you love the Burrell releases on NuGroove you should not delay on this one.

Shame there’s no dub / instrumental mix on this as the bassline and piano chords are great …. Would probably be a lot more in demand ( as the vocal isn’t the best )

Would be great to have an edit of the Deep House instrumental… with more focus on that wicked pumping baseline and jazzy piano …. As it is it’s something of a lesser known obscurity but also something of a secret weapon
