The difference is in the back-cover. One shows a CDE logo on the left but no Label Code. The other one has no CDE logo but the Label Code printed at lower left.

Don't understand the question. If something is rare, it's because there are not so many copies around.

posted a review of Jungleism Monkeys - Black Out. 11 months ago
The second single of Jungleism Monkeys features of course again the beauty of breakbeats, combined with a simple but yet brilliant melody, topped off with a nice piano line. Mix that and spice it up with some samples, voilà a raving breakbeat tune is ... See full review

This CD is somewhat strange because its format cannot be put pigeonhole. "Best Of Brain Trax" & "Vol. 1" suggests a compilation. All 4 tracks are from the same artist, some of them are mixed, so it's more like an EP without saying it. Let's just agree ... See full review

Scooters second Rave / Happy Hardcore release "Move Your Ass" is in my eyes really astonishing. "Hyper Hyper" was a huge success, and I bet a lot of people would have thought the follow up will be a bummer. To come up with a line like that is as easy as ... See full review

The first release of Dee-Lay should be an all time classic. I heard "It's Easy" for the first time in 1995 when my cousin played the CD to me. After more than 20 years the song does not know any old-age phenomena. I would like to devote myself here to ... See full review
posted a review of Megaherz (2) - Liebeslied. about 1 year ago
This "Liebeslied" (love song) is a unique kind of rave song. The exception is (among others) that the verse is sung by a man, while a woman sings the chorus. The only other song that jumps into my mind with such partition is "Paradise And Dreams" by ... See full review
posted a review of Syntex - The Glory Of Love (I Will Never Leave You). about 1 year ago
Hard for me to write an impartial review because this song is one of my favorites, as I have many nice memories with it. It reminds me of the carefree days throughout 1994, 1995 and when a teenager discovered things like an unhappy love affair for the ... See full review

There are many Rave versions of this song, but for me, this is by far the best. Why? There are absolutely no annoying or inharmonic sounds. This song is as smooth as a kid's butt. The voice is soft and cuddly, and even the inter-sequence sounds ... See full review
posted a review of Tom Dick & Harry* - Love Me, Please Love Me. about 1 year ago
This song is a nice choice for a Happy Hardcore cover version. One of those songs that I would have wanted to be published on CD. Perhaps because it is rough around the edges or the missing final polish spoke against it. There was real potential to take ... See full review
posted a review of S.T.O.P. (2) - I Need Your Love I Want Your Love. about 1 year ago
Somewhat difficult to categorize this song. While you can clearly assign the melody and vocals to the Eurodance genre, the rest sounds as if you played it twice as fast. 200 BPM songs are mostly Hardcore and Gabber releases. For one thing the ... See full review
