-Anyone who asks for a refund for any reason after payment is made will only be refunded minus the Paypal / discogs fees i will lose on the transaction. Paypal keeps 100% of the fees they charge for every transaction, even if the payment is refunded. They have been doing this for almost a decade now. Discogs charges a 9% fee on the shipping, which will be charged to me to cover the paypal fees. I am NOT losing money because you changed your mind.
-This is a single person operation in a rural area. I am doing all the listing, grading, sorting, storing, shipping, answering messages... everything. There is no team of workers and this isn't Amazon. Sometimes things may take a little longer. I am an 11 mile drive from the post office, and live down a dirt road. Weather could potentially impact shipping times, but i try my best and that is reflected in my feedback. Patience goes a long way.
-I ONLY ship to the address in your account, no exceptions. The system is automated so select the correct address when you pay.
-Items ship within 4 BUSINESS days of payment (Business days do NOT include Sat, Sun, or holidays). I DO NOT ship every day, usually Tues afternoon and Fri afternoon, occasionally that may change.
-Items are graded VISUALLY, i have thousands of items which would be physically impossible to play through.
-Only items noted are included. Any items not listed in description are NOT included (other than disc/ booklet/tray card for standard cd releases, and vinyl / jacket for records.)
-CD Jewel Cases are NOT graded and are NOT considered part of the release unless specific to that release. Cases will have general wear and could have an unspecified small crack or two, any smashed or severely broken cases will be replaced before mailing.
-Payment is expected within 4 calendar days or sale will be cancelled and you will be blocked.
-Not responsible for shipping damage to uninsured packages. Insurance is available at buyers cost.
-Buyer pays for media mail shipping. If you would like ground advantage, priority, or special packaging contact me BEFORE paying.
Because of greed on this site (charging a 9% fee on shipping) all shipping prices have increased dramatically since May 22 2023 (plus a ups increase july 2023, a 6% usps increase jan 21st 2024, and another usps increase coming July 2024, it never ends...). Don't complain to me, send discogs an angry message and tell them to stop charging an excessive fee on shipping forcing sellers to charge more for shipping.
