We usually ship two or three times a week!
No refunds on broken, damaged, lost, stolen or never arrived items.

We pack the vinyl outside of the sleeve (with extra cover) to avoid the vinyl splitting the sleeve in transit and we add new plastic protective case.

In case that buyer is not happy, for any reason, with the items he received, a return policy is available: he may send back the items to the seller, by buyer's own return shipping expenses. As long as the units will be received by the seller in the same described condition, a refund only of the items value will take place to the buyer.
Shipping costs will not refunded in any case.
We only accept payment through Paypal. *Payments should be made within 4 days from invoice, otherwise orders will be automatically cancelled without any further notification and discogs automatically leaves a negative feedback. If you have any sort of problem with payment, please let us know on time, we are quite reasonable and understanding.
