I do not do local pickup.
I do not accept orders of a value less than CA$20. If you try to place an order of less value than this you will be notified when proceeding to checkout.

As far as grading goes, I try to be as conservative as possible. I get seriously pissed when I buy music that is overgraded, so I don't want my buyers to get pissed at me. That's also why you'll never see me grade a sleeve as Mint, even if it's brand new & sealed.
But please note that I do not grade generic plastic cases (CD jewel case / Cassette j-card case). They are easily replaced and do not account for my "sleeve" grading.
All my cassette items are fully fast-forwarded / rewound prior to shipping.
What does EX mean?
You will see me mention "EX" in my descriptions sometimes. This is a grading I use where the item would be NM but for something very insignificant (a tiny hairline for example). VG+ does these items an injustice.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can ship it back to me for a refund. Your refund will be the cost of the item (no shipping expense will be refunded). Items are expected to be received in the condition that they were originally shipped.
