I ship from Greece three times a week and approximate delivery times are as follow: 5 to 15 working days for Europe, 7 to 20 days for Japan & USA and 7 to 30 days for any other country. Records (12' & 7') are properly packaged in proper thick cardboard mailers and CD in bubble padded envelopes.
Shipping costs according to weight & destination:
Shipping costs are calculated automatically.
If (international) free shipping applies, CD will be sent without the plastic jewel cases. All artwork will be included of course.

Grading
I think that an Excellent rating should be available on the listings. As far as it does not exist expect all of my records that are graded as "Very Good +" to be in Excellent condition. Full refund for any item that will be found not as advertised. I am more likely to downgrade than overgrade.
I usually grade visually except for the items that seem to have some problem. I listen to them and if they play fine all the way i list them. Otherwise there they go to the recycle bin.
Grading represents the condition of the disc itself, artwork (booklet - back sleeve) & cover (in case we are talking about cardsleeves & digipaks).Plastic jewel cases may have some acceptable wear & i try to replace any damaged or really dirty ones.
