Please note all shipping costs now outline a number of options for you. STANDARD domestic delivery is Royal Mail second class. For registered or tracked/signed for post select the EXPRESS option. Shipping methods are usually Royal Mail but sometimes I use or Evri. (Dependent on destination and postcode). Items will only be shipped to your registered DISCOGS ADDRESS unless discussed otherwise. Alternative postal options can be discussed on request.
Return Policy
If your order is lost in the mail: I will refund 100% of what you paid including postage. This will be done ONLY after 30 days have elapsed from purchase date.
If the order is damaged in transit: Ideally I would like damaged items returned (where economically practical) and 100% of your money will be refunded.
If you ordered the wrong item: Simply return it, no problem.
If I made an error with your order: You get the right item sent asap (if still available).
Return shipping costs are dependent on individual circumstances, but I am fair and want you to have the best experience.
All I really ask is that you please pay for items within 5 days of invoices being sent (unless previously agreed). Orders not paid for within 5 days will automatically default and the buyer will receive a negative strike.
