An interesting UK only compilation, noteworthy for the seguing of tracks. Some of the segues are better than others. However the choice of tracks is somewhat dubious. The sub heading is "A collection of love songs", so why Eagle and Happy New Year are favoured over a classic ballad like " I've been waiting For You" or the greatest ever breakup song, "The Winner Takes it All" is more than a huge oversight by Epic/CBS who compiled it. A bit more thought and more creative sequencing could have made an OK compilation a great one. And also opting for "Fernando" in Spanish over "Chiquitita" is another odd decision, the latter being the better recording and being better known. A definite curiosity for the die-hard fan.
