The photo of the child walking on the beach on the CD is in black & white on my version. Does anyone know which edition this must be? I only see coloured editions, must be from Europe or the USA I think.

The UK pressing appears to have a very prominent printing error with the labels on the records: side A [record one] is completely missing the track details - but these can then be found on record two - where they are actually printed above the respective titles on side C!! Very strange! Compare this with the labels on the US / Elektra vinyl issue to see what I am referring to [they are printed correctly on each side of both discs].
