Revisiting this after many years, I have to agree this is an underrated EP. Perhaps too many ratings based on A-side alone, the darker, moodier tracks of the b-side hold up surprisingly well for such an early release in techno history. Don't be fooled by the colorful graphics of the sleeve, at least where the b-side is concerned.

What an amazing and completely underrated tune 'East Of Eden (Paradise Lost)' was/is. One of the best tracks D-Shake made imo, and there's quite a few to choose from. So eerie, so dark, so hypnotic and oh so haunting. Used to play this over and over again back in 1991. First heard it on London Pirate Chillin FM played on DJ Anton & Helium's Show, stood up and took notice straight away. Sends chills down my spine every time. Proper dark techno, proper old school warehouse vibes. Love it to this day.
