back then i played George Acid Eiffel and off he went into the studio to produce acid eyeful, so you ask what track was it that inspired Into the machine, it was a belter of a track on Bonzai called The first rebirth by Jones and stephenson, I played him that in the shop and off he wandered into my studio to make Into the machine.

The last few minutes of Into the Machine are the audio equivalent of acid nirvana. It's pure acid bliss---dynamic, uplifting, energetic, and joyous. A powerful break-beat percussion accompanies the acid sun-shower and makes for an epic, glorious ride-out to this tune (which would have already been fantastic even if it ended before the final segment I've just described, as the track up until that point is a scorching-yet-haunting hard acid trance fireball ... that evolves into a rejuvenating acid supernova in the final few minutes).

Not to be missed. This is ACID.

Listening to 'into the machine' its hard to believe this was produced so long ago. Very much well ahead of its time, but yet producers now would seldom dare to release a 13 minute long acid bender. I've found you can listen to this two ways: follow the chords, which cleverly duck & weave back on themselves, of follow the 303 alone, which somehow ends up forming a melody of its own. An outstanding track that sounds just as good now as it did in 1994.

'Acid Eye Full' is, as you all would guess, a tongue-in-cheek answer to Laurent Garnier's massive 'Acid Eiffel'.
And in fact, George Solar Quest hasn't done a bad job:
okay, the similarities are obvious, but the track has a real nice flow and the 303's are not completely over the top as you'd expect on a label like Choci's.
A true hommage to the french master, and by far the most serious piece of music released on this label. Check !
