Skip this one if you're a fan of the psychedelic Sun Dial, as this is a metal album with a style of singing that's not hazy at all. His subsequent albums on Sulatron are a return to form though.

God I love this band but this is a nightmare in the style of a durge. It probably won't be a collectors item as there are a lot of only played once copies out there.
Best advice is to listen before purchase. None of the Sun Dial releases sound the same which is great, but this just made me take the cd out just to check I actually had a Sun Dial disc in the stereo. Then it went out the car window... at least it's a bloody good frisbee.

Sun Dial - the metal album ?!! Sounds like GR has been having vocal lessons from James Hetfield or similar, but it's a cool album and the lead track 'Storm Coming' is superb. Plus, the splatter-vinyl LP could become very collectable...
