Nuclear Deathcount

Nuclear is a northern Virginia band started by Charlie Cook (rhythm guitar/lead vocals) and Gavin Casey (drums/backing vocals). Soon after formation, the duo was joined by Bobby Scotto-Lavino on lead guitar and Julio Esteban-Torres on bass.

After recording of their first studio album, The Next Metal Attack, Julio and Bob would amicably leave the band to go to college. The band still remains close to Bob and Julio. Unbeknownst to the public, NDC had already begun to induct bassist Brian Blazewick into the band due to his connections with Gavin Casey from Northern V.A. alternative rock band No Clue. Close friend and photographer of the band Mat Arnold was then inducted into the band on rhythm/lead guitars after several practices with him filling the role of rhythm guitar.
