Viktor Derevianko (born in 1937, Moscow) - Professor and pianist, Head of Instrumental Studies Department, Tel-Aviv University.

In 1968, together with violinist Валерия Вилькер / Valeria Kuchment and cellist Mark Drobinsky (b. 1940), Derevyanko organized a piano trio, which in 1969 was awarded first prize at the 18th International Chamber Ensemble Competition in Munich.

In 1974 he left for Israel, where he became a teacher at the Rubin Academy of Music in Tel Aviv (since 1988 - professor). Among Derevianko's students are laureates of international and Israeli competitions.
In 1975, together with the violinist Dora Schwarzberg (b. 1943) and Mark Drobinsky / Марк Дробинский, Derevyanko created the Vidom Trio, which made sound recordings of many works by Ludwig van Beethoven, Johannes Brahms, Franz Liszt and Israeli composers.

Derevyanko's wife is a pianist and teacher Marina Bondarenko / Марина Бондаренко.
Victor's brother - Alexander Fedorchenko / Александр Федорченко (1926, Moscow - 1998, Madrid), cellist, teacher. Graduated from the State Musical and Pedagogical Institute named after the Gnessins / Государственный Музыкально-Педагогический Институт Им. Гнесиных (ГМПИ), class of Alexander Vlasov / Александр Власов. He taught at special schools at the Moscow Conservatory, at the Oviedo Conservatory (Spain). Conducted master classes in many European cities. He was one of the greatest teachers in the cello class. Among his students are many well-known cellists, laureates of international competitions.
