Gie Few

GIE FEW is an American folk-rock band from Southern California comprised of songwriter Will Ferguson (vocals, guitar), Jon LaCroix (keyboards, vocals), Dan Lutz (bass, vocals), Karma Auger (drums, vocals), and Chris Clermont (guitar, vocals). The band's original songs bring an authentically vintage sound to the modern LA music scene. Drawing on early folk-rock influences, Will began to hone his craft in the traditions laid by the likes of Dylan, Springsteen, Neil Young, and The Band. Gie Few has had success from licensing the use of their music for television and film. The band’s name comes from a Robert Burns poem. ‘Here’s tae us, wha’s like us, gie few and they’re a deed’. Although that initial Celtic influence is not as obvious anymore, the name lives on!
