| Profile: | Already in the 1980s and 1990s, the group Original Mayrhofner Trio, which dealt mainly with traditional folk music. After their dissolution in 1997 Erwin Aschenwald founded with his sons Erwin Aschenwald junior, Michael Aschenwald and with Tom Partl and Ulli Huber the group Die Mayrhofner.
