Monguito

Collaboration between Antwerp-based musicians Mauro Pawlowski, Miguel Angel and Dagobert Sondervan, mainly playing free jazz improvisation. Sondervan joined the band in 2001, bringing his electronic expertise.

The name 'Monguito' comes after a lo-fi Argentinian comedy movie called 'E.T. contra los fantasmas' ('E.T. against the ghosts'), where Monguito was the central character.
