New York based "subscription" label founded in 1977 by Mike Wilkinson, aka "Captain Mike".

Any working "Club" or "Radio" DJ with proper documentation could "subscribe" and receive the monthly vinyl double-packs (called side A/B + bonus side 1/2).

There were seasonal bonus discs, and the occasional "triple-pack" release as well, and a small number of CD compilations were manufactured toward the end of the label's life.

The label folded in 1990.
