After some of Shlomi's amazing early works such as "Bagpipe", I was a little disappointed by this album.
It seems a little bit like he's trying to be "minimal" just for the sake of it. Rather than coming off as "a small set of noises creating an amazing amount of great sound and feeling" (as great minimal does), this album more comes off as "random pops and clicks overlaid with melody".
Nevertheless, this album is still worth listening to. For me the highlights are "Never Cried", "Eastern Breeze" and "Sea Of Sand", the latter of which we have all heard before. The album version of this doesn't differ much.
In summary: not an album you'll be listening to in a year, but still good for a few months.
