Black Witchery – Upheaval Of Satanic Might

Black Witchery are sick bastards. Upheaval Of Satanic Might is incessant fucked up, fatal chaos, frenzied madness and the triumph of the demonic. In less than thirty minutes, all the entrails will be shred out of you and the soul casted into the fiery hell. Violence in music sounds exactly like that.

Probably, it would be superfluous to say something about the sound quality. The record was mastering at 45 rpm (this is again not indicated anywhere), but the reasoning is about the "optimum fidelity" is bullshit. This album sounds the same on tape, CD, vinyl, mp3 and stream. But such an artistic idea - to make the most fucked up sound ever. A crushing wall of dirty sound with hateful vocals breaking through, total monotony and absolute degradation. It's hard to say why someone needs this vinyl as a source of high-quality sound reproduction, but if you decided to purchase it, then you are definitely driven by something else. The vinyl itself looks just fine - red/black marble looks appropriate for every first Black Metal album. Even if you hear some extra noises while listening (which is unlikely), then this is not a defect - these are devils from hell trying to break into your abode through streams of blasphemous sound waves. The printing set is standard, the artwork looks very good and clear, but the image of ripped angel on the printing envelope is a little blurry.

Very good press, which should not be recommended to anyone.
