Notes

Until 2001, CD reissues incorporated all four tracks from the EP Haruomi Hosono - Making Of Non-Standard Music, and replaced the original all-Japanese version of the track Body Snatchers with the bilingual "Special Mix". The original six track version was reissued in 2001 (TECN-18758) alongside the standalone Making Of Non-Standard Music (TECN-18751), and subsequent editions have retained this configuration.

      Did anybody get their hands on the 2021 Reissue? I cant seem to find any official release info, and North American stores still seem to have it in preorder.

        Note that this release is the first (and only, i think) version of S-F-X that contains the original vinyl version of "Body Snatchers". The arrangement and mixing is slightly different and lyrics are mostly in japanese (the "special mix" from previous CD versions is sung only in english).

          Note that the version of Body Snatchers included here is a different version than the one on the original vinyl. Instrumentation is slightly different and it is sung in english here. The original vinyl version is sung (partly) in japanese.
