- All seems the same except runout bit different.
• Matrix / Runout (Hand etched in run-out area A-side): -CBS-S.6383.A1 G
Matrix / Runout (Hand etched in run-out area B-side): -CBS-S.6383.B1 L J
G, L and J are stamped - I have this in a generic black CBS sleeve with the different label rings but with no MCPS/BIEM on the labels.
The text on the right hand side of the label has shifted left compared to the pictures submitted. The result is that it partly overlaps the gun and hand.
On the B side the credit is laid out as J. Strummer/ M. Jones not J.Strummer/M.Jones i.e. with a space after the initials, unlike the image shown. - Was there only one black sleeve made for this single? I’ve heard of two different black cbs released but can’t find any information about it.
- Hi all. I have a copy of this with a bizarre cover. It is mostly green but has borders of the blue coloured White Man sleeve. Prototype? Print error?
- How can this be a 78 release when the Midnight Oil tracks were released in 84/85? I read online that this White Man is possibly an 84 repress? Thoughts?
