- Swap the paper sleeve out for a plastic sleeve and it slides in and out of the jacket pretty easily.

Nice packaging, disc looks cool. Pressed flat and centered. A little noisy but not as much as I feared. Overall sounds good!- echoing previous statements. side b is pretty noisy, mainly "outside is the drama", even after two ultrasonic cleans. gz media quality control seemingly nonexistent. ultimately happy to have this in the collection, worth it for secondary market prices.
- Remaster is good but a the pressing has a bit too much surface noise. Still, listening with much pleasure.
- I can only support what maschoe78 says. The pressing is horrible, especially on the B-side there's a lot of surface noise. It sounds like a VG+ copy. It's also true that the jacket is too tight. I returned my first copy, it was the same with the second. I wouldn't buy this version again, maybe the black vinyl version is better. With the prices you pay for vinyl these days I expect something better.
- Great edition of one of the best Karate albums. Fantastic, deep, separate sound. Rich in nuances and details, very far from the flat sound of the CD. To enjoy a great sound experience.
- Edited one year agoGood sound overall, but lots of surface noice all over my copy. No padded innersleeve and the sturdy jacket is super-tight, so it's always a hassle to get the record back in. As with many Numero Group releases, this is a hit-and-miss. I got the coloured vinyl, which looks quite nice.

Nice thick sleeve, though the green is too dark to my eyes. Used to have the OP and sold it, I recall it being quite noisy. This pressing also seems to have a lot of background noise, of course it is more audible because the music is quite dynamic and partly very reduced and quiet. Crackle remains after a wash too. Maybe because this vinyl splatter colour (an old standard at GZ, had this exact variant 20 years ago on my band's first record, not that anyone cares haha https://www.discogs.com/release/9195107-Tidal-Tidal). Background noise aside, the sound of the vinyl is very good though. Maybe next time don't press at GZ, especially considering the premium they're selling those records for.
