Joan Jett And The Blackhearts* – Greatest Hits

Pretty sure this was one of those cases where they pressed a record from a c.d. The sound is just Okay. But my originals of I Love Rock n’ Roll and Bad Reputation sound FAR better. The lows and highs are inconsistent throughout the sides. Pretty sure this was a cash grab release and no quality control or good mastering was done on this. Basically sounds like a pretty decent cassette recording. The value should reflect this! Still a good compilation (the most complete greatest hits you’ll find on vinyl), although they should’ve used the original versions of ALL the songs, like Love is Pain, which is Way better than the garbage version used here. This record is Expensive to get now, so buyer beware… this record set is Not of the greatest quality. I got mine sealed with warps and off center spindle holes. So it gets 3 stars. That’s being Very generous! And by the way… where the heck is Victim of Circumstance?! I guess they Always have to leave out 1 good song on Greatest Hits comps, but I mean… she only really had like 10 “hits”, let’s be honest
