referencing Comatose (CD, Single, EMI MFG. Pressing) MET086
The usual sturm und dirge from FLA, down 'n' dirty electro-industrial brilliantly produced and possessed of their singular pre-millennium tension. Pretty chugging good stuff, and noteworthy if anything for the (unlikely) Eat Static remix, which relocates old-school industrialism into the Static's patented alien-nation state. Bang on!referencing Comatose (CD, Single) O-106
"Comatose" was one of the most interesting tracks of the album, so I picked up the single to check out the remixes. Not surprisingly I found that I still enjoy the album version the most, although the remixes don't have anything to be ashamed of. The Valium mix is the edited version of the album version, the Ketamin version doesn't differ much either, but Eat Static's remix is an excellent spaced out trip. As for the extra track "Oblivion" it is quite good, but hardly makes this disc a necessity except for the die hard collectors.
