Although not mentioned on the record, Mick Ronson plays guitar on "Crazy Pop Rock".referencing Gilberto Gil (LP, Album, Reissue, Stereo)
Side A is off-centered. Side B plays well. In all, a very decent release, good sound quality and very quiet.referencing Gilberto Gil (1971) (CD, Album) water191
One of my personal favorite by G.Gil .Probably not what you would expect compared to his later works but,a must have (fresh, cool & honest as he himself...).I recommend you "O Demiurgo" (1972 underground film by Jorge Mautner) to have a look at the atmosphere of the years in exile in London (1969/1971): nice psychedelic vibes despite ( or because of) the turbulent times(!).
Check also C Veloso/Transa (1972),Jorge Mautner/Para iluminar a Cidade(1972),Jards Macalé (1972)...my favorite trilogy (100% visceral). Btw & even :Satwa 1973 (experiēncia 1) that is a poignant deep reflection on the sentiments about those years ( serious chills here)
