- Rydims - Nice And Slow is listed as Version on Rydims – Rydim #1
Nu Groove Records – NG 054, side B (B1). - My personal favourite compilation with house tunes from this era. Excellent Hell's tracklisting with such a great house music. Most important - not too much tracks with vocals, and if there are, they are great. Really love it and think, that those kind of tunes can make our life much more about tasty. Classic, thank's a lot for this diamond!
- Fantastic compilation. No fillers here, just quintessential house from start to finish. Just buy it.
- Edited 4 years agoI doubt that track 6 is was originally released as "Nice And Slow" by Rydims. If not mistaken it's "My Sound" under the Freedom Authority moniker. Equally track 7 was never released as 'The Future' by Massive Sound but as "Future" on the Bobby Konders "Nervous Acid / Future?" 12 inches on Massive B records in 1992. Track 11 as well was never originally released under the alias "Massive Sounds" but as "Freedom Authority". Glad that I purchased many of Nu Groove & Massive B cakes when they were released, they sound way better.
- Pro tip: If you're looking for the hard-to-find Robert Owens - "As One (Raw Mix)" this is probably your best bet because the 1992 test pressing almost never comes up for sale --> https://www.discogs.com/Jus-Friends-As-One/release/1272985
- Essential NY House from the underrated Mr. Konders. Yes, it sounds somewhat dusty here and there but don't let that put you off. Big up DJ Hell for releasing and giving this music the reboot it deserves.
- this is one of the worst mastered releases i have ever heard. both the vinyl and the cd sound atrocious. some good songs but avoid this release and look up the originals.
