The pressing is not completely flat for me, a little warped but basically silent with great quality all around! And for only €19 it’s a steal for such a great album

I've just bought a copy of this from rough trade and I can clarify what's stated above....the vinyl is definitely black.

Is this editio supposed to play only on SACD players? It would not play on a standard one for me (nor would my PC Rom read it).
Figured it should as the few other SACDs I have were all compatible with standard playback too.

My copy came lightly warped but besides that an absolutely fantastic pressing. Dead silent with great separation between the instruments. Sounds so damn good that I finally understand this album haha

Not gonna lie it’s pretty disappointing. Definitely isn’t 180g and the sound is very unbalanced, but since I paid like 10€ I really shouldn’t complain. Still an absolutely fantastic album.

Lovely, rich, quiet, detailed pressing. Elemental seem to take great care with their pressings. Not sure how much their use of ‘virgin’ vinyl has to do with it, but they’re doing something right. Well reproduced sleeve and poly-lined inner too. This is the second Elemental reissue I’ve bought, and there’s plenty to be happy about at the price point. Really pleased.

Nice pressing, good sound. Decent jacket and generally nice to see a legit Impulse! reissue at a decent price. There is one error on the packaging: the rear sleeve says "The new wave of jazz is on Impulse!" whereas the original said "The new wave of fok is on Impulse!". Not something that would worry me, and I doubt collectors would buy anything other than originals or perhaps Japanese reissues or new audiophile label pressings.

Honestly this pressing sounds great to me!! There is an occasional click here and there, but an excellent listening experience overall!!
Would be nice if it came in a gatefold like the original though.
