- Absolutely a great album, literally on stumbled across this album via Spotify and a week later the reissue it was ment to be, play it everyday, it's a 90s gem
- Picked up a NM copy of this recently and it sounds fabulous. Such a great album from a very underrated band which imploded all too soon. But they left us with one joyful album to enjoy and the epic Weekender 12". All part of the soundtrack of my youth, late 80s to mid/late 90s were such an amazing time for music and I class myself as lucky to have been young enough and old enough to enjoy it all to the max ;)
- Edited 3 years agoThis is one of those albums that sound totally different on CD and vinyl. Don’t bother with the CD, it sounds awful! This album comes to life on vinyl, deeper bass, less compressed and more lively. Joe Maher’s guitar playing is excellent throughout along with the (typical sounding early 90’s) keyboards. It will never equal the sound this band produced live, but it’s all that’s left now unfortunately. Such a shame the original version of ‘It’s On’ wasn’t included here, sadly the re-recorded version ended up on the album. An underrated band IMO, should have been bigger really.
