It's a funny fact I guess, but short time before I watched the first "Karate Kid" movie on television, I bought this record without having ever heard of the track 'Rubicon' any time before. When the film was shown on TV I noticed some similarities to the record I bought some weeks before, but only thought this could be a blind chance and both has nothing to do with each other. The more I was shattered and delighted at the same time, when I found out Alan Braxe and his producer friend Fred Falke used the movie's soundtrack for cutting some of their own sound's pieces. And I really love this track now. I shortly liked it before, but now when I know where the samples come from, it pumped up my like bar! Great sound, gets me lovely and warm summer feelings, wherever I am and whatever temperature it is around.

I am also recommending this disc to everyone that is into really smooth and lovely French House. My second favourite is 'Arena', last but not least "Chrystal City". I think it's a filler, only for my opinion. Check it out on your own, this release is surely a miss in your collection.

As a bonus there's the music video for the disc's selftitled track. The video could also be a part of the "Karate Kid" movie, but who cares. I said it before and I can tell it again, I just love this!
