Reviews
- The A-side track is obviously great, since it's the also the first track on the LP from which it's taken. 'Safer', however, is a little too dark for the 'Strawberry Jam'-era Animal Collective, in my opinion. It's a relatively long track and it oscillates between screaming vocals (similar to 'For Reverend Green') and quieter bits, all covering the subject of torture. Overall, the B-side track just isn't that moving or impressive. Fortunately, though, 'Peacebone' is an amazingly fun and moving song, and one of the group's stronger tracks from the LP.
