- Pretty sure this is from 1966 not 1964. Don't think Hendrix played on this. Wiggles says he did. Bandleader Grady Gaines told me he did not. Believe it or not he said the lead guitar was Milton Hopkins cousin of Lightnin Hopkins. Upsetters had a Houston base. Label and home for a couple of the Upsetters was Richmond while they still backed Little Richard. That was the connection. Memory doesn't always serve us well.
