Reviews
- Contrary to "myth," McCartney did NOT play on any of the recorded tracks (see comments by Paul Raymond, who was part of the group). He did jam with them to 'send up' Chris Glen, who was very late on many sessions.
- Edited 4 years agoit is rumoured that Paul McCartney played Bass on some of this album, when Chris Glenn didn't turn up for a recording session, and Macca was recording his Tug Of War album in the adjacent studio at AIR Studios in Montserrat.
I have a copy with the same catalogue number and identical labels but it doesn't have the embossed lettering on the cover nor an inner sleeve. Also, the cover is textured, like a sepia finish.
