Reviews
- Edited 13 years agoStill further proof that poor Edgar has no idea what made 70s and early 80s Tangerine Dream so good. Just taking the original and dubbing some synthy trashy techno-pop beats over it? Really? The flow of the original has been almost utterly ignored in favor of monotonous, uninspired percussive wallpaper.
I will give them credit for the beat offset on track 3 though, as I would probably have never heard the main melody like that otherwise. Overall though, just terrible; as terrible as you probably think it is. I am done with checking out contemporary releases--hoping that the magic has been recaptured--only to be disappointed yet again.
I am so sad that you lost your way, Edgar, and I hope you find it again; but if you do, I will have to find out by word of mouth.
