Reviews
- Solid early 80s boogie funk from the group as typical from the era. The stand out cut to me is the instrumental “Stone Love”. Really dig the jazzy George Benson-ish guitar licks over the mid tempo boogie groove. It works perfectly, ideal “feel good” track! “What’s It Gonna Be” is a solid boogie funk bomb too with it’s mega catchy hook and chord changes. The LP is worth it just for “Stone Love” to me tho!!!
