I am kind of biased when it comes to Ministry. I have never really cared for their music. This album to me, mind you I graded by skill and tried my best to be unbiased but to me this album is a hot mess. Scoring a low 7 is still more justice than what this album deserves I think. Seemed very washed out and unbalanced. The vocals were just not good, like at all. The guitars were the highlight since the drums practically followed the guitars a majority of the album.
